This notice explains our approach to any personal information (also known as ‘personal data’) that you might supply to us (or that might be collected from you) when you use the Atomic79 website or communicate with us, and sets out your rights in respect of our processing of your personal information. If you become a client of Atomic79 we use your personal information for the purpose of representing you and in connection with our obligations under the representation agreements.

Where your personal information is completely anonymised, we do not require a legal basis as the information will no longer constitute personal data. Personal data held by us is to help identify you and it may include some of all of the following: your name, CV, work experience, employment history, company name, title, email address, social media contact details or handles, phone number. It may also include bank details or correspondence between you and us.
Where you voluntarily provide your personal data, we process it on the basis of your consent. You are able to withdraw consent by notifying us at atomic79agency@gmail.co.uk and we will cease processing your information. This data is used by us to provide services to you, principally in relation to personal representation of you as an artist and collecting your fees. This also includes keeping you informed of important information relating to these services provided.
We will not share your data with anyone for marketing purposes. In our dealings with contractors such as production companies and accountants used by us, to provide artist representation to you and the collection of your fees, we adopt protocols and security measures governing such data exchanges. Atomic79 may use the services of third parties to administer certain processes in the most cost-effective and efficient way.
We have obligations to you under the terms of your representation agreement and our duties and responsibilities arising under rules and regulations applicable to all companies such as ours. You have rights in relation to your personal data held by us. These include your right to ensure it is accurate and, if it is not, requesting changes and notifying us of any restrictions you wish to make in relation to our use of your data, or even requesting it is removed altogether. In practical terms the best way to access and manage your data is request from us the details we hold for you and request any changes.
We will store and process your personal information only for as long as it is reasonably necessary for us to perform the services/activities we are undertaking, and to comply with our legal and statutory obligations. At all times we will store and process your information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Maintaining secure systems and processes is a key challenge and Atomic79 is vigilant concerning it’s responsibilities. If a data breach occurs, we are required to keep a breach log and notify you if the breach is likely to affect your privacy.
If work for an artist is deemed suitable in non-EEA countries such as, but not limited to, the USA, we may need to transfer personal information (such as name, age, height, CV etc) to casting directors, producers or the like involved with the project. We will take all steps reasonably necessary and available to us to safeguard and ensure that your personal data is treated securely.
